Novous Vitae adopts this philosophy and is highly engaged with its community through “Community Service Initiatives” (CSI).

BEAUTIFICATION

Beautification purposes to restore community pride through clean-up projects. These community service projects may range from impacting one residence to multiple blocks at a time. These projects are resident led and enjoy the support of the outside community at-large.

QUALITY NEIGHBOING

Quality neighboring is an initiative that supports caring and sharing. Carin and sharing takes on many forms. Novous Vitae fostered quality neighboring by supplying Christmas trees for a holiday Christmas tree give-a-way and assisting young men in obtaining driver’s license.

ETTIQUETTE INIATIVE

Novous Vitae sponsored etiquette events that promoted chivalry (young men opening doors and seating young ladies); Card Writing (the art of sending thank you cards); Table Manners (te art of knowing which utensil to use and when, setting-up a table and knowing what’s appropriate while dinning); Tying a Tie ( teaching young men how to knot a tie).

SAFETY

Novous Vitae fosters collaboration between residents, law enforcement, and agencies that facilitates a safety task force. These task force ensure safe community for residents.
